Executive Assistant

Provide administrative support to assigned department, individual, and/or area, and ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management.

Requirements

• Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail
• Use computer programs to support development of correspondence, presentations, and data entry
• Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing, and composing and typing general correspondence
• Plan and execute meetings, events, and travel arrangements
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures
