The Field Service Engineer for BD Pyxis Dispensing Devices is accountable for independently providing efficient and effective field service support to all BD dispensing customers within a given territory in a timely manner.
Requirements
- 24x7 on-call experience in a customer-facing/field service environment
- Experience with computer electronics, Windows OS, and networking
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- Medical device or electromechanical device service/repair experience
- Customer Support Certification
- Valid driver's license meeting BD's auto safety standards
