Job Description

We are looking for an Intellectual Property Operations Specialist to complete a wide variety of responsibilities and assignments in the IP Operations function, including process implementation and improvement, reporting, and data verification activities.
Requirements
- Design and implement new processes and improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and productivity of the IP management process
- Manage and complete projects aimed to improve IP management process and support IP Team goals
- Maintain and improve workflows across a suite of BD IP management systems
- Administer BD IP management systems to ensure overall system functionality and provide user access and technical support
- Analyze and process IP-related communications and resolve inquiries and requests from internal and external partners
