Maintenance/Facilities Technician I

The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities on production and facility equipment and systems. This position will also assist with EH&S activities to maintain compliance.

Requirements

• Perform preventative maintenance on various pieces of equipment per schedule and document all preventative maintenance.
• Provide building and clean room (Class 10,000) maintenance
• Maintains equipment, parts, and supplies inventories
• Maintain RO/DI Purified Water System.
• Writes reports and reviews/updates/creates standard operating procedures (SOPs) when needed.
• Troubleshoots processes and equipment; develop and implement corrective action.
• Completes detailed repair reports for production equipment.
• Supports and assists in the development of continuous improvement programs and participates in the implementation of these programs throughout the facility as required
