Marketing Manager Women's Health - Europe

BD is hiring for the exciting opportunity of Marketing Manager Women's Health! As a Marketing Manager for Women's Health at BD, your days will be filled with strategic planning, collaboration, and driving impactful initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that position BD as a trusted partner in minimally invasive breast biopsy practices across the European Union.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of marketing experience, business development (medical device / healthcare preferred) with consistent track record in portfolio marketing, go-to-market, and commercialization
• MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, Market development, Life Sciences or related field required
• Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus
• Critical thinking with execution discipline; analytical mindset and financial acumen; strong communication and storytelling; customer-centric approach; project management and prioritization; collaborative leadership aligned with BD values
