Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Category Management
- Proven experience leading category strategies or sourcing initiatives with measurable impact on cost, service, quality, or supply continuity
- Demonstrated capability in commercial negotiations and supplier contract management
- Experience with proactive material and supplier risk mitigation, including supply assurance and scenario management
