Requirements

• 15+ years in product marketing/medtech commercialization with proven leadership of multi-market portfolios and organizations.
• Track record of delivering measurable commercial outcomes, building capabilities and navigating complex matrix structures.
• Adept at managing compliance risk while enabling speed.
• Advanced financial fluency (P&L ownership, pricing, investment cases) and executive communication/presentation skills.
