Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 7+ years in R&D portfolio/program management in technical or regulated environment
- Expertise in portfolio tools (OnePlan, PowerBI, MS Project) and performance metrics
- Experience with design control and product development processes
- Proven people management and mentoring capability
- Strategic thinking with cross-functional influence skills
- Excellent communication across all levels
