Job Description
BDC is seeking a Bilingual Account Manager to promote business development and customer loyalty in the small business segment. The successful candidate will develop and implement a client growth and retention strategy, identify new business opportunities, and provide high-quality client service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration
- 3 to 5 years' experience as a banker with proven sales skills and passion for entrepreneurship
- Proven talent in business development and client relationship management
- Ability to make sound credit decisions and thorough understanding of credit policies and practices
- Bilingualism (English and French) is required
