Job Description
BDO is looking for an Administrative Professional to join the Canadian Tax Services team in Montreal. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to multiple Partners and staff, assist with billing and collections, and interact with clients.
Requirements
- 2 years of working experience in an administrative or similar role
- Office Administration diploma or other relevant education an asset
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office computer programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to prioritize workload and the flexibility to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven work setting and dealing with confidential information
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work extra hours as required
