Job Description
BDO is seeking a D365 Business Central Consultant to join their Managed Services team. The successful candidate will have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and will be responsible for system health, incident resolution, telemetry monitoring, feature adoption, and operational support.
Requirements
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Certification
- 5+ years of Dynamics NAV / D365 Business Central experience
- Strong knowledge of Finance plus one additional module
- Experience supporting SaaS cloud environments
- Familiarity with AppInsights or similar monitoring tools
- Exposure to Copilot and Business Central Agents
- Strong troubleshooting and client communication skills
