Job Description
BDO is looking for a dynamic Human Resources Consultant to join our People Advisory service line in Calgary or Edmonton, with the option to consider other locations across Canada. The successful candidate will support clients with customized HR solutions, provide ongoing and project-based HR consulting services, and demonstrate a strong technical and professional knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Requirements
- Diploma and/or post-secondary degree in Human Resources or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR experience across the value chain
- Strong working knowledge of the Employment Standards Act
- Familiarity with WSIB, labour relations, OHSA, and pay equity audits
- CHRP or CHRL designation (considered an asset)
