Intermediate Accountant, Finance & Operations

BDO is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to join its Finance & Operations team in Toronto. The successful candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, prepare financial statements, and assist clients with budgeting and financial reporting.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or diploma in Accounting or Finance, with CPA prerequisites completed or in progress, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of accounting experience, ideally in public accounting, government, or client-service environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to teach and support clients of varying financial skill levels
