Junior Associate, Business Law

BDO is seeking an experienced junior M&A lawyer to join our growing transactional practice. As a Junior Associate, Business Law, you will work within a highly collaborative alternative legal services environment, advising sophisticated clients on complex domestic and cross-border transactions.

Requirements

• Member in good standing with the Law Society in your relevant jurisdiction
• 3–6 years of focused experience in mergers and acquisitions and corporate transactions at a recognized law firm
• Strong drafting skills with strong attention to precision, structure, and clarity
• Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal risk with business objectives
• Highly collaborative and comfortable working within cross-functional teams
