Job Description
BDO is a firm that prioritizes positive relationships with its people and clients. The Manager, Business Restructuring & Turnaround Services role is a new position within the Corporate Restructuring team, requiring experience in financial reviews, business turnarounds, and financial restructurings.
Requirements
- Advise corporations, lenders, creditors or shareholders
- Prepare integrated cash flow models
- Analyze cash flow models, projections, and business plans
- Communicate with stakeholders through meetings, reports, and attendance at Court
- Draft and present reports and recommendations
- Identify, target, and develop referral sources
- Assist with practice development assignments
- Have access to reliable transportation
- Flexibility to meet stakeholders during non-business hours
