Manager, Valuations & Modelling

BDO Canada LLP is seeking a Manager to join our Valuations & Modelling team in Kitchener-Waterloo. We are looking for dynamic candidates with strong technical valuation expertise and financial modelling capabilities to support the delivery of high-quality valuation services.

Requirements

• Strong technical valuation expertise and financial modelling capabilities
• Business acumen with a demonstrated interest in business valuations, litigation support, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Solid understanding of valuation methodologies, financial modelling, and financial statement analysis
• Completed a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., accounting, finance, economics, or business)
• 4–8 years of professional experience, including direct experience in valuation advisory, financial modelling, or financial analysis
• CBV designated or actively pursuing the CBV
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced professional services environment
• Collaborative mindset and work effectively within cross-functional teams
