Job Description
BDO is seeking a Senior Financial Planner to join their Wealth Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying complex financial planning needs and solutions for clients, serving as a resource for clients with complex needs, and executing the financial planning cycle.
Requirements
- Completed CFP designation
- Post-graduate diploma in Financial Planning or related discipline
- Completed CPA designation
- Post-graduate diploma in accounting or related discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in the wealth/financial planning industry
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs (especially Word and Excel)
- Experience using planning software and TaxPrep software
- Experience preparing financial plans with complex corporate and trust structures
