Job Description

The Senior Manager, Assurance role is ideal for an experienced professional who is passionate about client service, team leadership, and driving business growth across a diverse portfolio of private and not-for-profit clients in Alberta.
Requirements
- CPA designation (or equivalent) required
- 7+ years of public accounting experience, with significant exposure to assurance engagements
- 3+ years of experience in a management or leadership role
- Strong technical knowledge of ASPE and/or ASNPO
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and a portfolio of clients
- Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management
- Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
