BDO Canada is seeking a Senior Manager to join their Financial Reporting & Insights (FR&I) team. The successful candidate will oversee multiple engagement teams, ensure the highest quality of work, and support the continued growth and success of the FR&I practice.
Requirements
- CPA designation required
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in public accounting, including 3+ years in a Manager or Senior Manager capacity
- Strong experience in compilation engagements (formerly Notice to Reader) and financial reporting for private enterprises
- Demonstrated experience preparing or reviewing corporate and personal tax returns
- Proven leadership skills in managing teams, engagements, and client relationships
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- Proficiency with Caseware, Sage, QuickBooks, and Excel
