Requirements

• Strong experience in identifying and prioritizing innovation and AI opportunities across departments
• Experience leading efforts to embed AI and automation into business process design and redesign
• Experience in aligning people, processes, and systems with technology roadmaps
• Experience in participating in vendor relationships to ensure roadmap alignment
• Experience in building and leading a Digital Champions Community and establishing an lab of certified citizen developers
• Ability to prioritize workloads and managing multiple tasks and deadlines
