Senior Manager, Risk Advisory Services

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join our Evaluation team within the Risk Advisory Services practice in Ottawa. The role involves leading complex evaluation engagements, developing evaluation frameworks, and advising senior management officials. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of progressive experience in program evaluation, value-for-money audits, and/or performance measurement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in business administration, public administration, economics, political science, social sciences, or a related field
• Designation as a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) or equivalent, or willingness to pursue one
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in program evaluation, value-for-money audits, and/or performance measurement projects
• Experience with evaluation methods, logic models, performance frameworks, and outcome measurement
• Strong consulting acumen, including proposal development, stakeholder engagement, and client relationship management
• Exceptional communication skills – written, verbal, and presentation – with experience reporting to senior leadership
• Project and team management expertise, with a proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects
• Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance
• Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset
