We are looking for a Senior Manager, Transaction Services to join our Transaction Services advisory team and own the following responsibilities: lead financial due diligence engagements, analyze financial/operational results, lead project management and deal teams, coach and develop staff, generate new business opportunities, and drive growth and practice management in our growing team.
Requirements
- Existing CPA designation required, CBV or CFA an asset
- Minimum of 5 years of deal experience in either financial due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance or corporate development, some of which must have been at a supervisory level
- Familiarity with international and US markets is considered an asset
- Experience with VBAs, Macros, Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI an asset
- Experience managing multi-dimensional teams
- Desire to be a leader in a high growth, building business
- Motivated, detail-oriented, autonomous, rigorous and able to work under pressure
- Strong work initiative and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas
