Job Description
The Tax Senior Manager, Transaction Advisory Services at BDO plays a critical role in ensuring timely and successful client engagements. This role involves due diligence, structuring transactions, advising clients on tax strategies, managing risks, and providing excellent client service. The manager will also supervise a team of professionals and contribute to overall BDO TAS practice growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
- Three or more years of specific TAS experience
- CPA certification, Attorney license, or IRS Enrolled Agent certification (or equivalent)
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
