Job Description
BDO Tax is seeking a Senior Consultant Tax M&A to join their team in Utrecht, Nederland. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in fiscal law or fiscal economics, aspirant membership of the NOB, and at least 3 years of work experience. The role involves working on fiscal due diligence investigations, reviewing fiscal clauses, and setting up efficient acquisition and financing structures.
