Associate Relationship Manager

The Associate Relationship Manager (ARM) is responsible as the primary service contact for the Wealth client, engaging in sales, customer service, and administration, and assisting RMs in administrative areas such as customer on-boarding, account servicing, and sales/account information management.

Requirements

• University graduate with good scholastic records
• Minimum 1 year experience in Wealth Management related to the role
• Knowledge of wealth management/private banking investment products (experience is highly preferred)
• Client centric mindset aiming to deliver excellent client service and execution enhancing client relationship and retention
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders and partners leading to efficiency and productivity
