Job Description
The Client Relations Officer is responsible for providing customer service, managing lobby traffic, and assisting the Branch Head in marketing the Bank's products and services.
Requirements
- Graduate of any four-year or five-year course / Bachelor's Degree Holder
- With at least three years branch banking experience as an officer (two years of which in Marketing (low counter) and/or Sales of bank products)
- Proficiency in computer and business applications
- Has effective oral and written communications skills
- Has good problem solving and numerical skills
- Has effective Presentation and Negotiation Skills
- Has leadership and effective interpersonal and people management skills
