Head

The Head is responsible for overseeing the Enterprise Systems Delivery department within the IT group, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of projects, and managing escalations and resolutions. They will develop a full understanding of the department's work and orchestrate across all units. The Head will be accountable to ITG, Business, and the Department, and must have a strong leadership and team management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree relevant to the job
• 20+ years of application delivery experience in financial services, 15+ years specialization in focus areas for the department
• Experience managing 3rd party SI and evaluating and managing SW vendor
• Demonstrate ability of managing complex projects involving the integration of multiple technology solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and foster collaboration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of data architecture principles, data modeling techniques, and data integration patters, with experience in designing scalable and efficient data pipelines
• Problem-solving capabilities, strong analytical skills, and flexibility to be able to handle complex situations as necessary
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with an aptitude for working in cross-functional teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
