Job Description
The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for servicing walk-in customers of the Loan Processing Office, performing approved processes in line with Bank standards and requirements. Key responsibilities include preparing and consolidating Sales reports, handling inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and acting as a liaison with other units in the resolution of operational and service issues.
Requirements
- Completion of any Bachelors’ degree
- Experience in sales or customer service from any financial, or lending institutions, banks, call centers or telecommunications company is an advantage
