Entertain walk-in borrowers, prepare and consolidate reports, handle inquiries and concerns of internal and external clients, and serve as liaison with other units in resolving operational or service issues.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- At least 1 year experience in sales and customer service in financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
