Job Description
The Sales Support Assistant is responsible for entertaining walk-in borrowers, handling inquiries, and consolidating sales reports. The role requires a graduate degree and at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
Requirements
- Graduate of any 4 year degree course
- At least 1 year experience in sales and customer service of any financial institutions, lending institutions, banks, call centers and telecommunications company
- Knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Highly customer service-oriented
