Job Description
The Section Head is responsible for ensuring high quality and timely delivery of all projects of the unit and oversee upkeep of the applications and platforms owned by the unit. He/she will develop a full understanding of how the team/section works and orchestrate applicable processes across other teams/sections as needed and will manage all escalations and resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
- 15 or more years of application delivery experience in the financial services industry
- 10 or more years of experience in managing complex projects involving the implementation of digital or online-transaction solutions
