Job Description
The Team Head will be responsible for ensuring high quality and timely delivery of all projects of the unit, overseeing upkeep of applications and platforms, and managing all escalations and resolutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree of Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
- At least 5 years of application delivery experience in the financial services industry
- At least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects involving the implementation of digital or online-transaction solutions
- Experienced in handling vendor and third-party SI engagements
- Experience working on front-end applications, such as mobile/digital banking android/ios applications
