Job Description
The Tech Lead will develop project plans, manage IT project implementation, and ensure on-time and within budget delivery while meeting business requirements and ensuring compliance with solution architecture. The role will also involve prioritizing IT projects, managing vendors, and facilitating project closure.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or relevant course
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in building and delivering solutions, preferably gained from a bank or financial institution
- Experience in handling complex projects on financial applications is highly preferred
