Technical Operations Analyst

The Technical Operations Analyst role is responsible for working closely with different teams within IT to deliver administrative and operational reports. The role involves performing BAU work, establishing effective processes and governance, and operationalizing identified activities in the new ITPD structure.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems/ Information Technology, Economics, Statistics or similar.
• Good communication and coordination with different teams and stakeholders.
• Have experience in crafting and establishing process, standards, and framework for governance.
• Have sufficient knowledge in IT Risk Management.
• Working knowledge in data analysis/extracting/reporting programs.
