Job Description
The AI Enablement Manager drives enterprise AI enablement efforts across the firm by blending strategy development, program execution, and team leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Learning & Development, Organizational Change, or related field
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in program management, learning and development, change management, or technology enablement
- 2+ years of people management experience
- Experience supporting the rollout and adoption of AI tools
- Foundational knowledge of AI/ML and data analytic concept
- Ability to evaluate AI opportunities and translate technical concept into clear business narrative and actionable guidance
