This role will lead organizational change management efforts for Office 365, infrastructure, data analytics, and application development projects. Create and implement change management strategies to increase user adoption and minimize business risks.
Requirements
- Assess impact of technology change on the business to formulate the change management strategy
- Proactively work with project leadership to identify and address resistance and change readiness challenges
- Plan change management activities and deliverables for hybrid teams
- Assess communications needs, channels, and ability to deliver key messages
- Conduct training needs assessment, design curriculum, develop training materials to support business process changes
- Create, utilize and enable organizations for ensuring engagement, involvement and ownership of the technology adoption solution
- Lead and facilitate instructor-led and virtual training sessions
- Other duties as required
