Lead a team of user advocates, create and implement change management strategies, and lead organizational change management efforts for technology and process improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, required; with a focus in Organization Change Management, preferred
- Five (5) or more years of experience in Change Management, Organizational Development, Learning Solutions, Talent Strategies, Communications and Training Design and Development, User Enablement, or equivalent human capital consulting role, required
- Certification with Prosci ADKAR Model or similar framework, preferred
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, required
- Experience implementing Office 365 (M365), Data Analytics, Custom Applications, CRM, or ERP, preferred
- Experience with Camtasia, Articulate Rise, Vyond, Adobe Creative Cloud or other video creation/editing tool, preferred
