Job Description
The Tax Experienced Senior, Transaction Advisory Services is responsible for ensuring engagements are executed timely and meeting client expectations. They will work on due diligence, structuring, and tax attribute management for M&A transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Statistics
- Four or more years of experience in a professional services firm
- CPA certification, Attorney, or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent, or equivalent
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
