The GES Sr Mgr - Expat is responsible for advising clients on international assignment structuring and tax obligations, as well as managing staff assignments and client engagements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, Human Resource Management, International Human Resource Manager or other related field
- Advanced degree in Accounting, Tax or MBA (concentration in International Business or Human Resource Management) preferred
- More than eight (8) years of related work experience
- Prior supervisory experience
- Prior study abroad or international work experience preferred
- Licensed CPA, attorney or enrolled agent preferred
- American Payroll Association (APA) member, beneficial
- Society of Human Resource Management certification, beneficial
- Fluency in foreign languages highly desired
