Job Description
The STS GES Senior Associate is responsible for developing, recommending, and implementing efficient and effective methods to maximize client benefits, particularly by decreasing clients' current and future taxes. The role involves research, tax compliance, compensation and benefits consulting, and strategy development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Human Resources
- Two or more years of prior work experience in compensation and/or strategic service consulting
- Certified Compensation Professional, CPA certification, or other relevant certification
- Statistical software packages and Microsoft Office Suite skills
