Job Description
The Mergers & Acquisitions Tax Managing Director is responsible for providing tax advice, evaluating tax implications, and ensuring client compliance for state and local tax matters. This role involves marketing, networking, and business development within the state/local tax area, as well as acting as a resource to clients and staff. The role involves both strategic and transactional tax services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
- Ten (10) or more years of prior SALT experience.
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with tax applications.
