Job Description
We are seeking a Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Senior Manager, State and Local Tax to advise clients on tax implications and provide SALT expertise. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in state and local/multistate tax experience, with a bachelor's degree in Accounting or a relevant field and a master's degree in Accounting/Taxation or J.D. preferred.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or other relevant field
- 8+ years of prior experience in state and local/multistate tax experience
- Prior experience supervising tax professionals on a project or engagement basis
- CPA certification or other relevant certification
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word
