Job Description
The Partnership Manager, Tax is responsible for providing tax and consulting services to Pass-Through clients. This role involves tax planning, preparation, research, client management, and ensuring compliance. The manager will also focus on client satisfaction and provide advice on tax strategies. The manager needs to be strong in team leadership and client communication.
Requirements
- Performing tax planning, preparation, and research for Pass-Through business
- Supervising and reviewing work of team staff members
- Communicating tax issues to clients and the firm
- Budgeting and team management
- Tax compliance including compliance with the BDO Tax Quality Manual
- Developing and maintaining client relationships
