Job Description
Senior Business Analyst with experience in IT solutions to join the Client Experience Practice. Participates in meetings for business analysis, functional design, business process design, and user enablement needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Four (4) or more years professional experience as a Technical or Functional Business Analyst or equivalent IT solutions and technology role
- Experience gathering, documenting requirements and leading working sessions
- Proficient in Microsoft Technologies, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Custom Application Development, Data analytics, Enterprise Business Applications, and Cybersecurity
