Job Description
The Senior Counsel will play an important role in supporting the Firm's day-to-day transactional needs, including providing assistance to principals and other internal clients on client engagement letters, master services agreements, and other commercial or client-facing agreements.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD), required
- Five (5) or more years of broad commercial and corporate legal experience, required
- Three (3) or more years' experience with a law firm required, Am Law 100 firm, preferred
