The Tax Administrative Coordinator executes tax administration processes as directed by the Tax Administration Manager in compliance with firm policies and procedures, state and federal regulations, and international jurisdictions. This is a variable hybrid role that may require on-site support, based on location and office needs.
Requirements
- Supports tax specific software, tools, and applications
- Assists with implementation of new tax standards and procedures
- Assists with training administrative and tax professionals on tax administration processes and procedures
- Works with Tax Administration Manager to ensure administrative and tax professionals are following tax standards and procedures
- Identifies issues related to tax systems and processes and consults with Tax Administration Manager on recommended solutions
- Produces reports from data provided with basic analysis to support firm processes
- Builds positive working relationships with local tax and administrative professionals
- Completes required technical training courses and proactively stays up to date on firm applications, processes, and procedures utilizing all firm provided resources
- Other local office maintenance support as needed
- Other duties as required
