Job Description
The Tax Experienced Manager, ASC740 role involves advising clients on tax implications, evaluating alternative actions to lessen tax burden, and identifying methods of complying with tax regulations. Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation (preferred)
- Six or more years of prior experience in tax
- Experience in managing ASC740 computations for privately held and publicly traded clients
- Prior supervisory experience
- Multinational client experience (preferred)
- CPA certification, Attorney, or Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent (CE) designation
- Experience with Microsoft Office Tools and tax research databases
