Job Description
The Tax Manager, ASC 740 is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, and identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations. The role involves conducting top-level review of tax and financial reports, resolving tax issues with clients, and communicating with the assurance team.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation
- Masters degree in Accounting or Taxation (preferred)
- Five (5) or more years of prior experience
- Experience in managing the process of preparing and auditing ASC 740 computations for both privately held and publicly traded clients
- Supervisory experience
- Multinational client experience (preferred)
