Job Description
The Tax Manager, Core Tax Services is responsible for advising clients on tax implications, evaluating and selecting alternative actions to lessen tax burden and cost of compliance, identifying different methods of complying with tax regulations, and acting as the primary client contact for complex tax issues. The Manager will also be involved in marketing, networking, and business development within an area of expertise and specialization, and may be asked to provide written tax advice to clients.
Requirements
- Ensure clients comply with all applicable authorities while minimizing tax and reporting burdens
- Apply knowledge to understand potential tax issues and recognize and communicate potential risks and potential changes in tax policy
- Develop an in-depth understanding of technical and practical issues and opportunities regarding one or more areas of taxation
