Tax Manager - Corporate Taxes

Job Summary: The Tax Manager, Provision & Federal Taxes joins an expanding team focused on providing tax compliance and tax planning for the organization. The role includes coordinating the annual tax provision process, leading the preparation of federal tax returns, and facilitating tax projections for federal, state, and local income tax estimated payments, extensions, and budgets.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, required; focus in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance, preferred
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation, preferred
• Six (6) or more years of experience in public accounting tax team or a corporate tax department, required
• Experience preparing Federal and State tax yearly tax provisions, required
• Experience preparing Federal and State corporate income tax returns, required
• CPA or Enrolled Agent (EA), preferred
